That's actually a pretty good price. Too bad I can't fly Southwest. I'm not sure if they fly to Mexico and if they do, it's probably with multiple stops.
I read the airline's rules and they said it's only 1 dog per person, unless it's 2 puppies or kittens under 6 months of age. I can't just the whole, "they're siblings" thing because my baby Itzel is a Chihuahua and her sister would be a Yorkie. I can always say they had different fathers. LOL!

Would it work if I just tell the airline about 1 baby and not the other...but have health certificate, etc. for both for when I go through customs?
