I don't want to throw water on your fire, but here are some things to consider....

First, he is 4 years old and not potty-trained. This means that he, most likely, is going to be *much* harder than most other dogs to potty-train. Do you have the time and energy to devote to this?

You know he doesn't get along well with some other dogs (ie the breeder's male dog). How much are you hoping to have him out-and-about? Is it important to you that he get along with other dogs?

The undescended testicle... You're not planning to breed so that part isn't an issue. It used to be thought that an undescended testicle contributed to a male being more aggressive. I'm not sure if that is the school of thought now or not. Might be wise to ask a vet about this (?).

IF you're okay with these issues then... GO FOR IT! And... GOD BLESS! The dog needs a good home. I just want you to go in with your eyes open, okay?
