Probably around 4 pounds, give or take some ounces.
The rule of thumb goes like this:
Triple the weight at 7 weeks and that is a good estimate of adult weight.
Or
Double the weight at 12 weeks for the adult weight.

Remember the toy breed dog like Yorkies reach adulthood at 6 months. So expect your little Yorkie to slow lots or stop growing at about 6 months of age.
