Let me first say...congrats on your new little one...it is always an exciting time!! I would say that you could bathe her anytime now, but I would wait a couple of days until she is a little more comfortable at your house...you don't want to put to much stress on to quickly!! With the food, again I would wait a couple of weeks to let her totally adjust and then slowly start switching her food, making sure that she is always getting enough to eat!!
