Oh dear I am sorry you are not too happy about some of the responses you have had...I am sure that everyone is only trying to help.

With regard to the Dog Collars..well in fact my neighbour who has a westie who barked a lot..did try a collar for a while...It didn't have any harmful effects on the dog at all...and the shock it gives them is minimal or they wouldn't be sold..!

Most Yorkies do bark..I have owned 5 to date...my previous ones barked quite a lot..but this new pup is very quiet..so I am a bit lucky I guess..He does bark when alarmed etc.

My neighbours used to complain to me a lot about my other yorkies barking when playing etc. but with some many other noises around it didn't bother me too much .

I do hope you get somethig sorted..
