She will need pain meds which your vet should give you.
Onesies are fine for some dogs and not for others.
Some like to chew through them to get to their incision, so while it's worth a try, she may need an e-collar.
I stayed up with Ellie the first night (extreme, lol), but as long as they seem to be okay, I don't think you need to wake them up. If she is breathing normally and has pink gums, it's all good.
