Hi,

We have had our little Lucy home since Saturday and my 15 lb Westie is very jealous. The first and 2nd day went well = but I think he figured out by the 2nd evening that she wasn't leaving.

He tried bite her when she was on the couch with me and he decided he wanted on my lap.

He pinned her to the ground later with a very scary growl and she was squealing like crazy.

Now he hasn't actually bitten her and his growl is ferocious AND she is a squealer even if I put her in the crate for one second.

BUT, it has got me so nervous that I have kept them separated since. Should I let them back together? Or just keep them separated for a week or two until they get used to each other??
