Star Soggy Kibble question

Hi! Brooklynn is just over 12 weeks old, she has lived with us for 2 weeks. She is doing great! She is on Life's Abundance food, wet and kibble. She is little, right about 2 lbs. She will eat wet food without a problem (but likes it room temp or warm, not out of the fridge.) I leave dry kibble for her everyday, she won't touch it. Is this normal? She also won't drink water. I have been making her kibble soggy, by letting it soak in water, then she drinks the water and eats the kibble. (sometimes just drinks the water and nibbles the kibble). I also mix soggy kibble with can food to make sure she is eating it. Should I try something else? Stop making the kibble soft? Advice please.

I have tried to use dry kibble as a treat, and she spits it out. (and Cheerio's too)

She is getting bigger, and she is eating, happy and playful. Oh and normal stool too.
