. It's part of the yorkie's plan to take over the world. It's the cuteness factor.....it's distracts us from their hidden agenda. Also beware of the infamous head tilt. That will get you everytime. Don't fall for it
. Be very careful when dealing with these deceptively cute lil stinkers.
Seriously though, there's nothing to worry about. My Brandi's tongue sticks out all the time. Especially when she knows she's done something wrong. She thinks by sticking out her tongue, she can get away with it.
