Yes, Mellie had internal stiches and I did notice that one had not disolved and she had a small lump ( like a little pimple or mole). I brought her to the vet and he said that scar tissue formed around the stitch. That it would be fine and the surgery to remove the scar tissue would be worse than the scar tissue itself and he will just keep and eye on it during her well visits.
