Congrats and welcome to YT. Personally I would not buy a mixed puppy. IMO They are way over priced, you don't know what your going to end up with and they may not live up to your expectations.

I have a year old yorkie girl, she is a possible mix. However she was a rehome and I just got her two months ago. Of course I didn't pay an outrageous price for her and she was quite cheap.

I would prefer to get a yorkie pup from a reputable breeder or find a rehome that is a bit older and house trained.

I just moved and have two dogs, both 1 years old. We have new carpets and have been here almost 2 months now and have had quite a few accidents on the new carpets. Keeping doors closed and constant supervision is a must! I also have a 3 year old toddler girl and have had her around small dogs since she was born, she does well with them and I have never had an issue. It's children who have never been exposed to small dogs who I worry about. GOOD LUCk you can do it if you put your mind to it!
