That's the same problem we have.....Bella wears an XS, except the length is too short for her (I guess she's a loooong little girl?? weird!) Anyway, the only way I've found to get around that is to buy custom made stuff. T-shirts, some dresses, etc... are usually ok (short, but ok), but anything that's got built in "pants" just doesn't work for her any other way.
It stinks, but oh well!
