I have Petplan and yes they cover all that. One of the very few that do! Your 2nd question can be more difficult to answer. I purchased Jemma's insurance about 3 months ago. She was just spayed last week and also had some baby teeth extracted due to not losing them on her own. Petplan does NOT pay for a spay but they pay for the tooth extractions. Depends on what kind of policy you buy with them. Their are different policies that pet plan offers.
