My baby weighs 8 lbs and is not good in heat. She does not like to be too warm. So I don't dress her when it is a warm day or when the house is warm. I prefer to dress her only to keep her warm, which I have done frequently in the winter. However, I also have had her little legs come out of an outfit, which could be dangerous if I didn't notice and she were to jump off the bed or couch. So I weigh the option (which I did when considering getting one of those Snuggies) cute or a broken leg? Now you do the math. Last winter, when we had the heat turned down during the day while we were at work, I put a fairly tight sweater on her to keep her warm (and tight to keep her safe).
