Thankfully Teddy doesn't mind them too much, we just tell him it is the " Pretty fireworks " as we have taught him those words, and that they won't hurt him, if he barks at them, we say " Good guardog " where is your toys and he gets a toy and isn't bothered by them anymore.

I know we are fortunate, our other two (sadly no longer with us now) Used to hate them, no matter what we did.
