Hi I am so very sorry for your loss, I agree with the other comments, I would think very carefully about them giving you another puppy, as the same thing could happen again.

I would get the money back as everyone says Citizens advice bureau and Trading Standards would be the way to go, I would telephone them both asap and see what help and advise they can offer.

Again I am very sorry that this has happened, it is just awful.
