Yes, my Bella wasn't spayed until after her 1st heat cycle. She did go through false pregnancy symptoms & hers were very swollen for a long while. I discussed with Vet & was told that sometimes when they go through this, that it could be permanent. It did not happen though. This is a part of their heat cycle sometimes. She was eventually back to herself again.
If u r not 100% sure she is not pregnant, I would definitely have her checked by Vet.
