Oh what wonderful news!!! Prayers were answered. I agree with you, the woman who had your dog did not want to face you so she turned Jazmyn over to Animal Control. I would want to know how she got the dog out of your house in the first place. She could face criminal charges. I know you have that baby in your arms and can't get enough of her.
