We give our four Yorkies CocoTherapy coconut oil every day and they've never been better! Two of them have allergies but are now off the prescription medications and their skin doesn't itch and their coats look great. There are a lot of coconut oils/products out there but they're not all the same. I did some research and decided to use CocoTherapy because their products are USDA-organic and human-grade so my husband and I take ours right along with the puppies. We also get the coconut chips and they are awesome--not sure who eats the most, my husband or the puppies. ha ha I highly recommend both!
