My Tiki used to do this for most of her first year. I tried to calm things down when I come home, and walk away from her at the front door instead of greeting her and adding to the excitement. Don't look at her or pet her, and I head directly to the back door to let all the dogs out to pee (especially if they've been inside long). Either that helped, or she outgrew it, cause now at a year and a half, she doesn't do it.
