Jack will be 5 months old in four days! He weighs in a little over 2 pounds (a big improvement from the 1 and a quarter pound pup we brought home 2 months ago.) I'm hoping he'll hit 4 pounds, but like some of the others have said, he thinks he's a big dog. My hubby did build steps for him to get up and down from the couch - I was so worried he would fall off and hurt himself because he was so small. Now he jumps off on occasion but I worry about the joints as well and would rather he use the steps. LOL
