Now if your Sophie is small framed, fattening her up will only make her unhealthy-fat.

4 pounds is not the standard. The standard reads: Not To Exceed 7 pounds.....

But, to give you a bit of hope.....I have a girl that was 3 1/2 pounds from about the age of 6 months, not skinny. At a year of age, she grew...she's 6 pounds.
