Has your vet tested (painless) her eye(s) to make sure she doesn't have dry eye? I am leaning that way because you said one eye is wetter than the other. If she has dry eye that is painful to her and she could lose her eye(s). The medicine is easy to give and is not that expensive but it will be for the rest of her life.
