Its funny to me how its always pitbulls being publicized by the Media...All pitbulls are NOT KILLERS...THEY ARE NOT A KILLER BREED...I have one in my household and he is FARRRRRRR beyond killer...

Fatal attacks since 1975 have been attributed to over 30 different dog breeds yet all the media can talk about are Pit bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, or Akitas. Size alone is not an accurate indicator of which dogs are capable of killing and which dogs are not. In October of 2000, a baby was killed by the families Pomeranian dog in California. The average weight of a Pomeranian being only 4 pounds, and in February of 2002, a Jack Russell Terrier mauled a 6 week old baby in Tennessee.

Just like ANY OTHER BREED...If you TAKE THE TIME to teach the dog right and wrong these things will not happen...I saw a yorkie in New Hope the other day that went after a golden retreiver for no reason AT ALL..Does this mean the dog is a killer? I am sure if the yorkie went at this largers dogs neck and bit the right spots he could have killed him...
