I won't even go into pet stores because it is just too sad to see them caged up in there and then I get to worrying about what is going to happen to them. I would (and didn't) buy from a puppy mill either, but it just saddens me to think of all the puppies out there that won't get a good home because of where/how they were born. I do understand it can end with a whole nation, but unfortunately, I don't see that happening anytime soon. Makes me sad for the babies no one wants...
Our local paper has a blogger that owns a dog rescue ranch. I even have to stop reading her blogs because I want to take every dog that needs a home!!!! I'm scared I would turn into some kind of crazy lady with 100 dogs in my house
