I am looking for breeder in Delaware. I have tried YTCA but I couldn't find anyone listed in Delaware. I have searched the treads on here but I am not having any luck. Can anyone help me with a referral? The only thing I can find locally was a "breeder" letting their puppies go at 8 weeks.
