I just got my order today. I bought the gel and spray. I think I heard some use the spray in the morning and the gel at night?

I mostly got it for maintence but i noticed that the pups are getting tarter on their back teeth... So once that goes away I want to do the maintence of every third day or so.

How do you use it?
