Ok so I have a 9 almost 10 week old pup. She is in a playpen from 9-10pm till 6 am. She Sleeps! Yes sleeps. She gets up once to pee at some point and goes back to bed. (puppy pad)
My trick:
1. Let her play from 4-9 inside and out, or chew on toy
2. Hot water bottle
(food and water at all times)
Layla does not cry untill about 6 am and she NEEDS to go out.
She is in and out of the play pen during the day, if daddy is home, and I take her out at lunch time. Same spot everytime.
She has puppy pads over newspaper in a far corner of the house and is ok about using that area but she is only 9 weeks!
I think the key to training your little boy is
1. Bond with the dog
2. read the dogs signals
3. Take him outside and play (business first then play)
4. Exercise and stimulation. He has to be board to death!
5.Get him fixed if not
6. More exercise
