I am not sure how it works in the US but right now in canada they are only vaccinating children, pregnant women, and the elderly. I am none of those however, they say by November it will be available to all.

Will you be getting it? Why or why not?

I don't think I'll be getting it- for a few reasons. It is a very new vaccine and was produced rather quickly- I just haven't seen enough studies done on it. I tend to react to vaccines and I don't really need that again. I dont' usually get the regular flu vaccine as my doctor says I don't need it and I'm sure she would say the same about this one. I just plan to use an alcohol based hand sanitizer and wash my hands frequently.
