Layla used to throw up bile too- now she gets a snack (non fat yogurt and baby food fruit) around 10 pm and she doens't throw up in the morning anymore. The shaking sounds like just low blood sugar. Next time this happens try giving him something fast like honey to bring his blood sugar up fast.
