I have a trick that helps keep the hair from getting matted. The pads tend to almost wrap around the entire belly ..... so ..... I buy the extra long pads, cut them in 1/2 and use my serger to sew the open area closed. They fit perfectly, DON'T LEAK, and I wind up with double the number of pads for the same price. Not only that, the belly bands are much more discrete without a pad hanging out the sides. | Genius!!
