I puppy sit a Morkie who will use the pee pads at home with no problem. But when she comes to my house she will pee on the pad but poop on my carpet. She's only about 3 months old but I don't know why she is different at our house. Our Yorkie is totally housebroken, we house broke her in a matter of weeks but we adopted her at the age of 4 years, not as a puppy.
