Good Question!!!!!!! I would really make sure that you can physically speak to the breeder and find out how you feel about their personality is ( as much as you can over a phone conversation) and if they have a website---make sure there is a picture of the parents on there.....
when i worked as a vet tech we had 3 clients that had their dogs shipped to them from a different state and the puppies were so sick and didn't make it...so just be aware......
but then again, people have great expeirence in doing so---our friends had all 4 of their dogs shipped to them, and they are all healthy and wonderful!
