I have absolutely nothing to base that on except I've either read it or been told that. Anyway, luckily our picky eater will eat an egg once in awhile.

I've given Bailey egg whites and he loves them!!! I remember as a teenager putting eggs in my hair and on my face, so funny now when I think back, the egg would tighten on my face so much it felt like my face would crack
