I'm so sorry your little brother passed away, he looks like he had a bundle of personality. I'm am glad that your family has decided to make the foundation, education is so important in regards to swimming pool and lifeguards, I use to be one, and one isn't enough for a whole pool. It looks like your family is making a difference!
