I think you should confine your dog to a doggie pen or in a kitchen area where he cant run the house. They get into a very bad habit to break if it continues believe me I have been there

Take him out to pee and poo and if he go's treat him and then a lttle playtime. When you cant be with him keep him in the pen with his pad etc. Dont let him run the house.He will have to earn his house privileges
