How much would you give them?
Veggies are best steamed. They have such short digestive tracts, it's hard for them to digest most fruits & veggies. This may sound gross, but just like the mama wolf regurgitates her food to her pups, we chew the fruits in our mouths 1st & give it to our furbabies. Lol they luv it. Only a little bit, like a tsp.
We also give them chopped up frozen green beans (one strand ea) mixed in w/their kibble for dinner. It's already cooked, then frozen & it has fiber. They luv it!
