I forgot where he is scratching (will have to reread this thread tomorrow), but antihistamines don't work in a lot of cases. If the vet thinks it's food allergies, the current food needs to be switched and steroids may need to be given. If the vet thinks it's environmental, Atopica should be tried if his bloodwork is good. While waiting for the Atopica to take affect, steroids can be given at the same time.
