I get the flu shot every year and haven't had the flu but before I started taking it I got the flu every time....now on the other hand I won't be taking the H1N1 flu shot as I believe one shot is enough....I believe Vaccs are important in children to protect from certain diseases as I do in my animals but after a round of vaccs I give no more period...I don't believe animals should have yearly vaccs for the rest of their lives but if it needs to be done because there is a case in our area would I consider it yes otherwise as long as that particular disease is not in my area one vacc is enough....It's up to the individual and their choice.
