Its hard to guage what their adult weight may be even with growth charts..the most accurate is knowing the parents weights and sizes AND the grandparents and as far back as you can go if possible...I have a 5lb stud and had one breeding female, she is 7 pounds..we have had 7 puppies out of the two. THey have ranged from 3 pound adults to 6 pounds on 6 of them and then....there is one that has topped out at 14 pounds
..We did not get sizes from our breeding females blood line, but I do have them from my studs side and all of his for 5 generations back were 4-6 pounds....we did not breed these two again after having this one male reach 14 pounds...this little guy (large now) went to his forever home at 12 weeks at a mere 2 pounds!!
