Yes, and yes! I try to anchor the pad down with something, but it is still a 'relocation' battle. Although I have at least 3 pads down at all times, typically 1 is crumpled up..........I just calmly go about my business in winning this battle of wills!
You know how they say that mom's have eyes in the back of their heads? I think this goes double for potty training puppies!
