Hmmm... maybe she's just gaining needed weight? You say she seemed so skinny when she was barely eating, so maybe since she's finally eating properly, she's filling out properly? I'm not entirely sure since I don't feed raw. I know certain grain-free foods I've heard tend to be weight gaining foods, like Taste of the Wild. I don't think Flossies are all that fattening especially if she takes so long to chew through one. Maybe someone else with a smaller Yorkie can help you out, I'm so used to my big boy being able to eat 2-3 bully sticks a week, NV kibble, all kinds of doggie treats, and he's a skinny thing, LOL.
