I have NO intentions of ever getting a credit card again! I'm actually pretty smart w/ money now.

I do wish I'd know about settling w/ the CC company before it gets sent to a collection agency.



I know its legal to sell it to a collection agency but is it legal to sell it if its already in collections? I'm already having garnishments taken out of my check for this CC debt.
