No I never heard of that.. Pretty much if the dog isnt vaccinated then they should wait until they are.. But I am over dog parks.. Peanut doesnt really like them, he doesnt play with the other dogs all he does is sniff and pee everywhere LoL and stays by me.. After he smells really bad and I have to give him a bath.. So not worth it.. If he enjoyed himself and played and ran it would be a different story..
I have this big grass area at my Condos and I will take him over there and play with Peanut and his ball.. He loves that!!
