Your all so right! It seems that most people in customer service, whether
on the phone or in person in the store don't want to be bothered!
It's not my fault you have to work! I find so many just plain rude!
They almost make you feel guilty for asking a question.
This brought back a memory that stayed with me for years. I'm going
back about 12yrs ago!
I was in Macy's doing Christmas shopping on a Wed, when they have
their big sales, or did at that time.
Anyhow, I'm standing in a long line waiting my turn. It finally came
and I was paying by cash, having just cashed my Xmas Club ck.
The cashier bagged my items and said next! Excuse me I said,
you forgot my change! At which she said, Holy s**t, I forgot,
I'm so use to ringing up charges! I almost fainted and the whole
line gasped in shock! She was young and it didn't seem to phase her
how loud she said that. |
