Oh .... I hear ya.... speaking of customer service... I had a doozy of a story with United Airlines last week. I won't bore you with the details but for the first time in my life, I wrote a complaint letter. I got a nice response and a $150 voucher. I didn't want the voucher, I wanted my story heard. I wanted someone to say I am sorry you were treated so rudely and that one of our people did that to you. It was nice that they said that the woman's manager was notified of her behavior, but I'm sure nothing will be done. I took down the woman's name and badge number. I was THAT upset by her attitude.
I don't even want to fly them anymore so the voucher, although nice, will probably expire without me using it.
