Skeeter doesn't jump up but he will jump down and no matter how far it is he looks like one of those dogs diving off of the pier in a distance jumping competition. He is a little fatty which may be part of the reason he doesn't choose to jump up on anything but he has never liked it. He CAN he just won't. I put him in a clothes basket the other day just to see how long it would take him to get out of it. He moaned and groaned for a good 5 minutes before he decided I wasn't going to rescue him. LOL
