Rachel stated earlier that she was not chipped. In a situation like this I bet they wouldn't even bring her into a vet if she is stolen


I would also be asking neighbors if they saw anything suspecious during those 4 hours. My neighbor across the street is kinda like the neighborhood look out. I am glad I got her across the street because she is always watching!
