You're kidding right? They're texting while you're trying to pay???? That's f---ing rediculous!!!! So far I've been lucky enough to not have to encounter that but I soule make a big fuss if that ever happened to me.
I have yet to find shop/grocery store/or whatever type of store where people are genuinely helpful. I too would be loyal to a place that jus thas customer service that is above and beyond evenf the price wasn't the best out there.
