The only way I would consider studding my dog is if I really believed that he was an excellent example of the breed, and I thought it was more important to have his genes out there, then of the importance of keeping his as a pet. Breeders make huge sacrifices, and your dog will change, if he bred and if isn't neutered. If you decide to neuter, make sure your vet has experience with small breeds, special anesthesia is used for toy breeds.
